New Exciting Features 4.9

  1. There's a new screen under Inventory menu for Past Inventory and a new tab on Item to show past history. We can run your past inventory for a specific date and then you can see the results by item. The results can then be downloaded to a CSV

  2. IPM Treatments has been reworked. Treatment Type can be Preventative or Treatment and the type can be Biological or Chemical. We've also added in a reason code to capture more information

  1. List settings save across sessions. Now when you change list setting such as column order, sort order or any other setting, they will be there the next time you log in.  If you need to clear them you can by the clear button on the list bor on your profile you can clear all of them using the clear list settings button. New Exciting Features 4.7.20

  1. Items now have calculated fields to show the Unit THC and Package THC based on the THC MG along with the pack size and container quantity (if a case lot);

  2. Simplified testing, Test definitions can be used by multiple items to ease the configuration setup. The total values will show on the related Lot if configured

  3. If the first item of a Production Batch has Pre-Clean specified, completion of that cleaning record will set the start date of the batch to the cleaning date and set the status to In Progress.

  4. IPM Treatments have "Select All" for all the batches in the room.

  5. More work on B300 so item ledgers show for the values.


New Exciting Features 4.7

  1. CTLS/B300 updates

    • Generating a report will build off the previous report unless the selected to build from the beginning of time. This will result in reports running much faster and the new report will start with the closing values from the selected report.

    • Generating a clean report will run in the background. The status will be "in Progress" when it's running and "Complete" after it's finished so you can go way to do other things and come back to see if it's done

    • B300 report is now auditable to see where the transactions came from.

  3. THC and CBD information on Lots.

    • THC and CBD information can be entered on Lots for flower items. This information will follow the lots down stream through Dry/Trim/Cure and Production Orders to create packaged flower or pre-rolls.

  4. Item Category options will be limited based on whether a reporting category is selected or not and what type of reporting category to prevent flower values to be selected for extracts

  • A faster and more efficient way to create master cases to fulfill sales. Generate the master cases to be created from sales and ability to do more than one output at a time.

1. Container types

  • Container typs are now very configurable. They can be broken into available and unavailable (samples, etc) and can be broken into specific functions like consumable, shipping, lab shipments to handle things like sale samples.  You can also have multiple available types if you want to break your containers down more.

  • Inventory counts on the item screen are broken down by available and unavailable and then by the container types under that


2. Handling mixed Hemp/THC products

  • If items are part THC and part help you can set the THC percent so only that percents is calculated into B300 and excise taxes.

1. Packaged Items. Now items can be flagged as Packaged Items and be set as the packaged Item on a Cased Item so settings like THC and Pack Size can only be set in one place.


2. Item validation, Item save will have more strict validation so things like Item THC set on the category will ensure it is set, or packaged items will require the pack size to be set. We've run a background task to set an Issues flag on items to flag the ones that have configurations missing.. Check it out on the Item list or export.

1. CTLS Update

  • We've gotten rid of the inventory breakdown and replaces it with a new version of CTLS. You can not get all the transactions that went into each cell to make investigations much simpler.

3. Expected delivery date transferred from shipment to sale if not set on sale

4. Containers in waste and quarantine bins will not show as available for processing or shipping

1. B300 Update

  • The Canada Revenue agency recently updated their B300 report with a new requirement to report upon the unstamped packaged product.

2. Attachments Update

  • We've added the capability to drag and drop files, and enabled multiple file upload.
  • You can find your attachments now in the top right Action Bar as a paperclip.

3. Production Batch update

  • We didn't quite feel the reward, or value, from the Gantt chart on the landing page, so we removed it for now. We've moved the Plan to the front page to fill the space.
  • Now you can run multiple production orders of the same kind over numerous days.



New Exciting Features 4.2

1. New Menu Category: Reporting

  • We've had quite a few requests come in recently for new reports to be generated. These are where they will be found. We've moved the Inventory Breakdown and CTLS Report into this category, and added a new End of Month report.


2. Sales Orders and Sales Invoices

  • Sales Invoices are now their own component. They can be generated from either the Sales Order for a Shipment, or they can generated from a signed Shipment.
    • If there is more than 1 shipment against a Sale, you can invoice multiple shipments of that Sale from the Sale screen.
  • Sales Orders are what we would consider as like a confirmation of Sale received, but you've not yet shipped. These are found in the same place that the Sales Invoice was found prior.


3. Shipment's UI Update

  • Re-arranged the Shipment form fields for better grouping.


4. Hide equipment
  • Decommissioned equipment can be hidden

5. Export CSV list of investigations
  • Can now get a CSV export of all investigations under Quality.


6. Filter schedules by type of batch activity.
  • You can now get the list of all the schedules for a particular type of batch activity such as harvesting.

1. Complete Batch Records:

   - Detailed batch records now available for Production and Cultivation batches, covering batch details, activities, word records, cleaning records, room feedings/IPM treatments, pesticide applications, external treatments, dry/trim/curing orders, production notes, and test results.

 

2. Excise Duty Calculations:

   - Excise duty calculations now part of the B300 report, ensure accurate record-keeping for Evora sales for correct duty calculations.

 

3. Enhanced Inventory Tracking:

   - Completed Purchase Orders and Sales are no longer visible in the drop-down menu, reducing errors and ensuring accurate inventory tracking.

 

4. Flexible Test Definitions:

   - Users can now enable a "Below detectable limit" flag for test definitions, accommodating values greater than or less than zero.

   - Total THC/Total CBD flag added to test definitions, if enabled, the system will use the value for the lot or item tested

 

5. Streamlined Cannabis Grading:

   - Cannabis grading simplified with a 1-5 star rating system for containers, visible on the Containers Overview page.

 

6. Revamped Production BOMs and Routes:

   - Rating scale added to BOMs for precise cannabis consumption during production.

   - Schedule room cleaning before, after, or both production runs, enhancing cleanliness and compliance.

   - Associate multiple pieces of equipment for each activity within a route, selecting equipment during production runtime.

 

7. Custom Test Result Document Numbers:

   - Users can customize test result document numbers, aligning Evora test results with internal documentation.

 

8. Pest Scouting Compliance:

   - Health Canada's new requirement integrated: schedule bi-weekly or monthly pest scouting as an activity on the home screen.

 

9. Multiple Split Feature:

   - Easily grade purchased cannabis without a production order using the multiple split feature. Split a container multiple times in one transaction, including a rating.

 

10. Room Checks with Temperature Monitoring:

    - Enhanced room checks allowing temperature checks. Set up temperature/humidity thresholds for each room, ensuring compliance with desired ranges.

 

11. Integrated Purchase Orders and Receipts:

    - Streamlined integration of Purchase Orders with Receipts. All items listed in the PO are automatically populated upon linking to a receipt with the expected quantity.
