• We continue tweaking the dashboards and now under available inventory we've broken out master cases available and finished goods available so they are easier to find. the inventory Available can now be seen under inventory dashboard too.
• In order to give more control over how the system looks and feels you can set your list preferences under your profile. Set how many rows should show in the list by default. Out of the box it is 10. You can also specify how the list should look. Default is comfortable but you can set it to compact to show more rows or spacious if you prefer things spread out more.

More progress on the goal of helping with operational efficiency. There is now an Operations Dashboard that track Expenses vs Revenue and breaks down expenses.

Clicking on the monthly bar shows the details of the expenses.

If you have the permissions the other costs can be tweaked by clicking "Edit Other".

To set up fixed monthly costs that should be included in calculations they can be entered on the Settings/Settings page.

Cultivation batches and Productions batches have been updated to show the downstream uses of the output with a new Output Summary.

GTIN's have now become their own thing so that a single GTIN can be across multiple items with the GTIN having a name to be used across all items for reporting. 

The GTIN page will show all items that use the GTIN.

From the Item page a GTIN can be selected or a new one created.

We've been talking about it for a long time but have finally gotten around to taking on the Sales Dashboard. This is a feature that is still in progress but we wanted to get it out and into your hands to get feedback. It will constantly changing so don't be surprised if it looks different when you log in next.  We look forward to your input.

There are 2 graphs showing total shipped sales for the month broken down by report category and province

Clicking on a bar on the By Category graph will show the category broken into provinces

Clicking on a bar on the By Province bar will show a breakdown by customer

The Show/Hide Detail buttons will display the related information in text

1. Lots and containers now have names and notes. When a lot or container is unlocked the name or comments can be updated.

5. When adding or updating a user that causes an increase in cost a confirmation will be shown to accept the new price.

1. Equipment verification checks can now be part of the process during manufacturing

   • There is a new field on equipment for verification days on that particular piece if it is different from the default set in settings

• When doing a production order activity, any equipment with a verification set up will show if the verification is complete already or needs to be done. The one in purple has a verification and the other one has a verification set up but is not complete.

• Clicking on the equipment will show the verification or let you complete one right then.

• In a near term future release the verifications will be included in the printed batch record

2. Output container types can be set on a Routing so if you want to always take a sample set the container types to Regular and Sample, then both lines will automatically be created on the production order.

3. If the first item of a Production Batch has Pre-Clean specified, completion of that cleaning record will set the start date of the batch to the cleaning date and set the status to In Progress.

1. CTLS/B300 updates

   • Generating a report will build off the previous report unless the selected to build from the beginning of time. This will result in reports running much faster and the new report will start with the closing values from the selected report.

   • Generating a clean report will run in the background. The status will be "in Progress" when it's running and "Complete" after it's finished so you can go way to do other things and come back to see if it's done

   • B300 report is now auditable to see where the transactions came from.

• Container typs are now very configurable. They can be broken into available and unavailable (samples, etc) and can be broken into specific functions like consumable, shipping, lab shipments to handle things like sale samples.  You can also have multiple available types if you want to break your containers down more.

• Inventory counts on the item screen are broken down by available and unavailable and then by the container types under that

2. Handling mixed Hemp/THC products

• If items are part THC and part help you can set the THC percent so only that percents is calculated into B300 and excise taxes.

1. Packaged Items. Now items can be flagged as Packaged Items and be set as the packaged Item on a Cased Item so settings like THC and Pack Size can only be set in one place.
