Main Highlights 


  • If a drying, trimming or curing order was created in fault, users are now able to delete the orders
  • All drying, trimming, curing orders will display a hyperlink to the source lot
  •  Any lots with status hold will be unavailable/disabled to be used or sold until status has been updated
  • When trying to unlock cultivation activities, users must ensure all down stream activities/outputs are unlocked to be able to work upstream
  • The system will not automatically calculate the discrete weight for any items received if the item category has the discrete weight enabled
  • Receipt, shipments and sales overview page updated to display vendor/customer, total number of items received, if there were documents uploaded
  • Sales overview page will also display the shipment status for the sale
  • Users will be unable to sign off on a drying order if no out puts have been added
  • Batches can now be filtered by rooms
  • Even after a batch is released, the planned start date can be updated 
  • Containers can be allocated to a sale order or a production order
  • After a drying, trimming or curing order has been completed, the "remaining" label will switch to "loss"
  • To proceed a batch from one stage to another, users must utilize the room transfer activity. No downstream activities will be available to be completed till the stage has been advanced
  • Health Canada reporting improved by included closing value ($) for all categories with closing inventory and the addition of facility details
  • Room cleanings will also display a timestamp to differentiate  cleanings throughout the day
  • Users can now export excel reports for purchases, receipts, sales and shipments, Production BOM's and Routes.
  • Items updated to include minimum amount, when minimum amount is reached, the system will display all of the items under the processing dashboard
  • PPE can now be used as an input item within batches, item category must be changed to PPE
  • The system will display processing loss percentage after a drying, trimming or curing order has been completed

New Exciting Features 


1. Advancing Stages


When advancing a batch from one stage to another, a room transfer activity must be completed to unlock all remaining downstream activities in that stage. Please update all batch templates to include "Room Transfer" as the first activity for each stage except the Harvest Stage.




2. Facility Details


Facility details can now be added to location which will improve Health Canada Reporting at the end of each month.




3. Minimum Quantity


For consumable items, you are now able to set a minimum value for the lowest amount of inventory you would like to have for a specific product.




Once an item has reached the minimum value, the system will display a list of all the items that need to be reordered under the Processing Dashboard.




Bugs squashed in this release  


  • The system will display processing loss percentage after a drying, trimming or curing order has been completed
  • When creating test definitions for test results, the system will display an error message if any fields are left blank
  • Super users will have to all screen and features out of the box
  • Any shipments deleted from the system will be logged for more accurate traceability 
  • If a container within a lot is destroyed, the remaining quantity will still be available for use/sale
  • Once a drying order has been completed, users will be required to unlock the drying order if they would like to make any changes
  • Items that are lot tracked will require a container to be selected to be consumed
  • Batches that are started from veg plants will appear as veg plants consumed on the item ledger
  • When adding new activities to a batch, the initial date that was selected will remain consistent after the activity is scheduled
  • Sales conducted within Ontario will be reported correctly on the Health Canada report and B300 form
  • If containers are merged together, the system will display the correct new total
