Main Highlights

  • When receiving starting material for cannabis 2.0 products, the system will allow users to record the total cannabinoid weight (discrete weight), which will be used for the Health Canada and CRA report

  • After new items are added to the system, the system will automatically refresh the cache, so the items are available for use immediately

  • Instead of having to select lot type for individual items, you are now able to enable lot tracked for item categories

  • The system will not display planned output for production orders on the production order overview page and within a production order

  • Two new description fields have been added to items along with a field to track any internal inventory identification numbers

  • Improved logic for items with unit cost to ensure accurate calculations for cost per gram at the end of a batch

  • When closing off a drying/trimming/curing order, the system will no longer utilize the signature date as the end date. Users will now be required to include an end date before signing off

  • Enhanced the creation of drying/trimming/ curing orders by displaying the total available amount for each lot in the drop down menu

  • Updated UI/UX for consumable inventory such as PPE, Growing Material, etc. All items under these categories will now as an input available for batch activities

Bugs squashed in this release

  • If any batch activities are unlocked, the system will recalculate the plant count and batch count to ensure they align, so the activity can be completed after changes are made
  • Any production orders that are unlocked to make changes, the system will allow users to sign off and lock the production order without any errors
  • Items that are lot tracked and a lot has been created for consumption, the system will not allow users to update the lot status
  • Work records that were associated to the incorrect SOP upon creation, not to worry, you are able to update the associated SOP at anytime
  • For the keyboard warriors, we have ensured that a user is unable to complete a signature twice, preventing inventory from being doubled
