Main Highlights
Addition of a facility IPM scouting form for facilities that conduct a weekly or bi-weekly audit of their grow rooms for pest. The scouting form can be found under the cultivation module
Improved the lots and containers overview page to allow users to sort available inventory by expiry date. Expiring lots have also been added to the processing dashboard as well
When creating a drying/trimming/curing order, the system will display the weight of all the containers for the selected lot
Addition of processing loss as an item ledger entry, in the scenario where loss for a product run is unavailable for input until the run is completed. Users will be able to select the production order where the processing loss occurred which will update the amount of the lot/container
Improved UI for drying/trimming/curing orders, the system will calculate and update the remaining amount within an order as activities are added
Updated CTLS report to track export value for any orders being shipped out of the country
Any LP's looking to export their product to Germany, will now be able to create sales and shipments for Germany. If you are going to exporting your product to a country that is not yet available in the system, please submit a request with the country so we can get it added to the system for you.
If a purchase order has been created and is being through receipts, the system will display all of the items that were part of the purchase order, so users do not have to enter all of the information again. But they will need to confirm the amounts and if additional items were received, they can be added to the same receipt
New "cost" field added to items. If the item has a purchase UOM, it will calculate unit cost based on cost/container quantity. If there is no purchase UOM and unit cost is not set, unit cost will be set to mirror the "cost" field
To provide more accurate cost per gram estimations, the system will calculate the cost of crop treatments and room cleaning per batch and include them in the final breakdown
The selected language field in the users profile will determine what language the system appears in (French or English)
You can now export user activity logs, they can be found in settings > logs
Bugs squashed in this release
- If you have unwanted feeding recipes, you will be able to delete the recipes if they are not being used without any errors
- When accounting for waste during a room cleaning activity, the system will account for the waste as other additions to inventory on the Health Canada Report and subtract that amount once the waste item has been destroyed, ensuring the reporting is accurate
- In the case a wrong lot or container has been added to a drying/trimming/curing order, you will no longer have to delete the order to the correct the mistake. Once the container or lot has been removed, the system will clear the amount field
- Room summary logic updated to ensure the system is displaying the correct amount of plants within a room
